• Prepare Agenda and Conduct Quarterly Meetings

• Serve as Point of Communications with Membership

• Serve as Point of Contact with City

• Maintain E-Mail List of Members

• Attend City Board Meetings as Needed When Items of Interest to Neighborhood Are on Agenda

• Call Board Meetings as Needed

Open Position, Crime Watch Coordinator

• Serve as Neighborhood Crime Watch Coordinator

• Attend quarterly Little Rock Police Department (LRPD) meetings (some via Zoom) and report pertinent information to the HHNA via email

• Build relations and be the liaison between the HHNA and the LRPD

• Be the official communications person between HHNA and LRPD, and advise the HHNA of any warnings or incidents in the neighborhood

• Perform Other Duties as Requested by President

• Collect and Deposit Membership Dues

• Serve as Liaison with Bank

• Maintain List of Dues-Paying Members

• Present Treasurer’s Report at Meeting

• Record and Present to Board for Approval Minutes of Meetings

• Present Minutes at Meetings for Approval by Membership
